The result is subtle and delicious corn flavor in an artisan pasta that cooks to the perfect al dente bite. Rustichella d'Abruzzo Organic Corn Rigatoni is produced in a completely separate gluten-free facility, away from any conventional flour contact. 

Rigatoni, one of the most popular shapes in Rome and Sicily, is a wide, thick tube pasta—also known as maccheroni—with wide ridges. Traditionally served with alla Amatriciana, or alla Napoletana, or with Arrabbiata Sauce and tuna.

Cooking Time: 10-12 minutes.
