2022 Harvest Notes
Adhering to his family’s tradition of respecting the land and all its offerings, Gaetano Schiralli makes Crudo from 100% Ogliarola olives grown, harvested, and pressed at his estate. This masterful extra virgin olive oil features a fabulous nose with the unmistakeable aroma of green almond. In the mouth, the oil is vibrant and complex, with notes of artichoke heart, grass, and fresh herbs such as mint. It exhibits a long-lasting, pleasurable bitterness and flaunts spectacular polyphenol fireworks—delivering an assertive spiciness all around your mouth, while leaving the palate completely clean.
