This oil is beyond delicious swirled over rustic soups like minestrone, ribollita and zuppa di lenticchie e farro."

2023 Harvest Notes
Made by the Bertarelli family in Maremma on Tuscany’s southern coast, Castello ColleMassari I.G.P. is one of the finest expressions of extra virgin olive oil, and in particular, Tuscan olive oil. Each year our founder Rolando is lucky to collaborate with ColleMassari to create a blend specially for Manicaretti. The 2023 Harvest is an elegant, round blend of organic Frantoio and Leccino olives. This brilliant oil begins with nutty almond and green banana aromas, followed by a distinct artichoke flavor with herbaceous notes. Castello ColleMassari I.G.P. is Tuscan’s history and future in a bottle.
