Ingredients: Muscatel wine vinegar, orange blossom honey.
Muscatel and orange blossom honey condiment: wonderful floral honey paired with fruity Spanish Muscatel wine. It has the full sweetness of stone fruit with a touch of acidity.
Mix with sparkling water or wine for a refershing drink. It pairs beautifully with fruit such as melon or summer peaches or in a salad with a blue cheese or with Parmigiano Reggiano. Also perfect in savory applications to deglaze a pan of roast pork or duck.
