Lavender Honey Squares

The lavender specific to Provence has become emblematic of the region. In this picturesque area of southeast France, rolling fields of the resplendent purple blossoms run cinematically for miles along the roadways. Yet surprisingly, pure lavender honey is difficult to find. It is expensive to produce because it requires a lot of bee work: lavender flowers are small and don't yield much nectar, so beekeepers instead encourage multifloral grazing.

Knowing this, we're excited to offer these special, tender honey squares made exclusively with rare Provençal miel de lavande. The lavender honey Doucet uses is produced just a few kilometers from their factory and characterized by its sweetness and fruity aroma.
