It is expensive to produce because it requires a lot of bee work: lavender flowers are small and don't yield much nectar, so beekeepers instead encourage multifloral grazing.

Knowing this, we're excited to offer this special giftbox of soft, tender perles made exclusively with rare Provençal miel de lavande. The lavender honey Doucet uses is produced just a few kilometers from their factory and characterized by its sweetness and fruity aroma.
