Alemany's new chocolates—which they have coined "Bee Rooms"—celebrate the marvelous structure of the honeycomb. 81% Dark chocolate from the Dominican Republic is formed into hexagonal-shaped bonbons and filled with pure orange blossom honey and bee pollen, the caviar of flowers. Each box comes with nine melt-in-your-mouth chocolate confections.
Alemany Mel y Turrón is an independent honey and turrón producer located in the remote valley of Os de Balaguer in northern Spain. They gather honey from all over Spain concentrating on monofloral (single flower) varieties. Alemany's artisanal production practices have remained unchanged for five generations.
