This supple egg fettuccine is infused with golden Italian saffron for a delicate aroma and flavor.

Serve with a shrimp, crab, or lobster ragù. Ideal twirled into seafood stews or fish soups. Alternatively, toss with melted butter and peas, or with olive oil and finely sliced asparagus tips.
