Egg Tagliolini with Saffron (also known as Laganelle allo Zafferano) has also been included in Food & Wine Magazine Editors' Top 10: "Rustichella d'Abruzzo's aromatic egg tagliolini with saffron is so good with seafood and vegetables." Serve with a shrimp, crab, or lobster ragù. Ideal twirled into seafood stews or fish soups. Alternatively, toss with melted butter and peas, or with olive oil and finely sliced asparagus tips.
