Made as a spiral or helix, fusilli is one of the most popular pasta cuts of Neapolitan lineage. Longer and denser, this fusillo (spindle) is an entwined cross that will capture sauce between its ridges. 

A classic cut that can be served with any type of sauce. Because of its density, fusilli will retain a pleasurable bite when served in a cold salad with shellfish or tuna, or baked with eggplant and ricotta. 

Cooking Time: 9-11 minutes.
