2023 Harvest Tasting Notes
This year’s harvest is crafted from two Sicilian cultivars—Nocellara del Belice and Biancolilla—by Salvatore Cutrera in his state-of-the-art frantoio. A medium-intensity oil with an herbaceous and fruity nose, as well as a food-friendly ripe tomato flavor. It has a subtle bitterness and finishes with a lingering pepperiness.
