Agrumato® Blood Orange captures the deep flavor of Sicilian blood oranges through its unique whole-fruit crushing process. Whole Sicilian blood oranges are crushed together with olives in a state-of-the-art frantoio, sealing the essential oils of the blood orange zest in the resulting extra virgin olive oil. Drizzle Agrumato® Blood Orange over cured meats and aged cheeses, such as pecorino, as well as on vanilla gelato or orange sorbet.
