Acetaia Leonardi's luxury Balsamic Vinegar.

A careful blend of very dense cooked grape must and high quality wine vinegar. Thick as chocolate sauce, slightly pungent with aromas of oak and cherry with a long, bright, sweet finish.

Drizzle over prosciutto and figs, sliced figs with gorgonzola and walnuts, or any salumi platter. Ideal over a tuna or beef tartare. Drizzle over thinly sliced roast beef or pork roast. Perfect over baked apples, stone fruit, cheese cake, gelato and panna cotta.
