Stuzzicarelli is Rustichella d'Abruzzo's proprietary flavored egg pasta, in a similar shape as tagliatelle, a wider fettuccine. Ground dried porcini mushrooms are mixed into the dough to create a wonderfully earthy pasta with subtle mushroom aroma.

Serve with melted truffle butter—or with plain melted butter topped with freshly sliced truffles. It also exalts a fresh porcini ragù.
