Stuzzicarelli is Rustichella d’Abruzzo’s proprietary flavored egg pasta, in a similar shape as tagliatelle, a wider fettuccine. With 30% chestnut flour mixed into the dough, this subtly sweet, nutty pasta is typical of the Apennine mountain region and is served at many ski resorts during the holiday season. 

Serve with melted butter and sheep's milk ricotta. Also great with any meat ragù. Pairs beautifully with chanterelle mushrooms as well as with truffles.
