Made with 100% organic durum wheat semolina certified by the Istituto Mediterraneo di Certificazione, Rustichella d’Abruzzo’s organic pasta is made with the upmost care and respect for the environment. Dedicated and independent line of silos and production lines away from conventional production guarantees a product of unequalled integrity. Gianluigi Peduzzi applies his family’s artisan pasta-making technique of extrusion through bronze dies and slow drying in temperature-controlled cabins at 90 °F for 30 to 50 hours. The pasta is packed in and white and green boxes made of recycled paper approved for food products bearing Italy’s official Agricoltura Biologica stamp.
