The process Citrus Oils are made by is basically the same as when making a fine extra virgin olive oil, except that whole citrus fruit are crushed together with the olives and put through the entire milling and extraction process. The resulting olive oil is loaded with natural aromas, flavors and extracts of the citrus fruit that was crushed with the olives, making them ideal to use as a seasoning and table top condiment. Drizzle over grilled meats or fish and smell the difference.
